Nova Scotia 2014 Trip 13: Roosevelt Campobello International Park

This page is about the day in spent in the easternnost Maine along the US-Canada border between Calais and Whiting. We visited a couple Maine's state park, and finally the Roosevelt Campobello International Park.

Roosevelt Campobello International Park is located at the southern end of Campobella Island, New Brunswick， bordering the US town of Lubec, Maine. This is truely an international park in that it is jointed adminstrated and financed by both US and Canada Government. The park preseres the house amd surrounding landscape of the summer retreat of Franklin D. Roosevelt family. It is here that Franklin Roosevelt fell in ill and was diagnosed with polio.
